Here you will find our answers to your most frequently asked questions about orders, shipments, purchases and deliveries, on our website and all services that Angel Fashion Studio offers.
Do you ship to my country?Yes we do!* We ship worldwide using DHL express.
* Unfortunately due to the Covid-19 pandemic, DHL does not service shipping routes to several countries. We apologize for the inconvenience.
How much does the shipping cost?You can check it when making a purchase. After entering the shipping address, you will see how much the shipping costs will be.
How long does the shipping takes?Orders should be received within 3-5 business days. During any sale period shipping and processing times can be delayed due to the large number of orders. Shipping can take 10-14 business days.
What shipping courier do you use? We use DHL as a courier.
How do I track my order?You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with your tracking number once your goods have been shipped. If you have not received a tracking number within 24 hours, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Am I responsible for possible custom fees?The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country, you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
If you refuse to pay the customs fees it will be returned to us at our expense and we will be forced to charge you the return fees from the refund of the original purchase price.
We use express airfreight with full live tracking facilities for all of our orders. This is the fastest possible method that is available from us.
Can I change the address of shipment?Please send an email to email@example.com immediately if you need to change your address, we can definitely change it before the item has been shipped.
Can I change my order?If your order has not been shipped yet we can normally change your order. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
Can I cancel my order?We’re unable to cancel orders once payment has been processed. Please make a conscious decision when ordering as rejected packages will incur a 20% restocking fee that will be charged against your refund. Return costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Do you accept Credit Card?Yes, we do. We accept credit card payments via iPay88
What currency do you use?The items on our web shop are priced in American Dollars (USD) but since we are operating on Indonesia, and using local payment gateway, your payment will be automatically converted to Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) once you check-out, exchange rates are following daily FX rate.
What is your return policy?The item is still in good condition and is not being used (labels and tags are still attached).
No exchange is offered. If you need a different size or color of the item, then you need to place a new order.
If you would like to complete a return, please send us an email to email@example.com within 3 days of receiving delivery from DHL with all details (tracking no, code item, name of the item and amount of item). We will answer with authorisation to complete the return process. Once we send this authorisation we require the parcel sent back to us in 5 business days with tracking receipt mailed to us for confirmation. If the parcel is sent after 5 business days we will not be able to accept it.
No refunds will be issued for change of heart.
All return shipping costs are paid by the customer
Can I return swimwear?Please choose it carefully as we are unable to complete any returns on this item. We are happy to assist with sizing and garment details pre-purchase to eliminate the need for returns of these items.

Where are your product made?Our products are produced by a team of talented artisans in Bali – Indonesia. We have our own factory and been working closely with for many years.
